Welcome to Baranded. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1) Overview

Baranded provides tools that help users create and manage brand identity assets, including logos, color palettes, and typography recommendations. These Terms govern your access to and use of the platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered.

2) Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Baranded.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Baranded reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.

3) Intellectual Property

All platform code, interfaces, and design tools are the property of Baranded. You retain rights to your generated logo and brand assets for personal or commercial use, subject to the following:

• Generated designs may incorporate publicly available shapes, fonts, or components under open licenses.
• You are solely responsible for verifying trademark or copyright availability before commercial use.
• Baranded may store and display non-identifying examples of logos or projects for quality assurance or demonstration purposes.

4) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Baranded to:

• Upload or distribute unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract Baranded’s source code or data structures.
• Use automated systems to access or misuse the platform.

5) Plans, Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

5.1 Plans

When you create an account, you are enrolled in the Baranded Free plan by default. Free plan features may be limited by usage caps, feature restrictions, or availability.

Baranded may also offer a paid plan ("Baranded Plus") that unlocks premium features and includes a monthly credit allowance.

5.2 Payment processing

If Baranded offers paid access, payment processing may be handled by Baranded or a third-party payment processor identified at checkout.

5.3 Subscription billing and renewal

If you purchase Baranded Plus, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and typically takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

5.4 Credits (Baranded Plus)

Baranded Plus includes 600 credits per monthly cycle. Credits are used to access certain AI features. The credit cost for a chargeable action is displayed in-product on the relevant button or confirmation step before you confirm.

Credits:

• are not legal tender, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money;
• are non-transferable and may not be resold;
• reset each monthly billing cycle; unused credits do not roll over unless we explicitly state otherwise in-product.

We may adjust credit costs and credit-related limits over time. We will update the in-product display and/or provide notice where required.

5.5 Taxes

Where applicable, taxes (including VAT or sales tax) may be calculated and collected at checkout.

5.6 Refunds

Refunds (if any) are governed by our Refund Policy. For billing, cancellation, or refund help, contact Baranded support or follow the instructions shown with your purchase.

5.7 Price changes

We may change subscription pricing for future billing periods. If your price changes, we will provide notice as required and the new price will apply to your next renewal unless you cancel before renewal.

6) Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Baranded may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your stored logos and data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

7) Disclaimer

Baranded is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baranded and its operators shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

9) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes take effect upon posting to this page, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
