Baranded reviews subscription and payment issues directly. Refunds may be offered when appropriate under this policy and any consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

How to request help or a refund

For subscription or payment issues, including refund requests, contact Baranded support:

  • Email [email protected] with the email address used for your account and a short description of the issue.
  • Include any receipt, invoice, or billing details that will help us review the request faster.

Refunds

Refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis and may be refused in cases of fraud, abuse, or excessive consumption of credits. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Credits and usage

Baranded Plus includes 600 credits for each monthly cycle. Credits reset at the end of the active monthly cycle and do not roll over. If credits have already been used during a billing period, we may not be able to provide a full refund for that period except where required by law.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
